SpiffSearch is a tool that aggregates a number of Manufacturers promotions and earned incentives for Value Added Resellers. We collect very limited personal information and ensure that it is securely guarded.

For Vendors and Manufacturers:

The results of your promotions and SKU's are available to you and our subscribed community.

No specific promotion information will be publicized in any form.

All your private profile and personal data will be stored securely.

For Resellers:

We collect very limited data that will only be used to assign promotions to your employees. No business critical information will be collected by our system. All your private profile and personal data will be stored securely.

Your performance data or users will not be shared with peers, competitors, or other third parties.

For Sales Representatives:

We will not share or sell your email address to any 3^rd party without your permission. Your information will only be used for SpiffSearch and the necessity for use in our systems and for calculation of your rewards.

Any programs in which you participate will be at the discretion of the Manufacturer/Vendor. You will be subject to all rules and regulations of their specific program. SpiffSearch does not control, nor is it responsible for any changes or rules of any given promotion.

Any payments you receive from Manufacturers or Vendors will be subject to proper IRS income tax reporting. See your Manufacturer/Vendor for more details.

All your private profile and personal data with SpiffSearch will be stored securely.

By using or accessing SpiffSearch, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

General Information:

Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on SpiffSearch is a violation of the SpiffSearch Terms of Service and should be reported to us immediately.

When you register with SpiffSearch, your profile will be defaulted to allow us to occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding your rewards or new services offered by SpiffSearch that we think you may find valuable.

Information of Sales Representatives of SpiffSearch may also be available to Vendors and Manufacturers for reporting purposes. This information may also be used so that Vendors and Manufacturers can find you and target you for relevant promotions.

SpiffSearch may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of our services. In general, you may opt out of such emails, but SpiffSearch reserves the right to send you notice about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email.

By using SpiffSearch, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States, or other secure hosting facilities we may use anywhere in the world.

SpiffSearch contains links to other websites, including those of Vendors and Manufacturers. We are NOT responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage all users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

Terms and Conditions:

Your use of SpiffSearch, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes that have been made will be posted at the top of this page along with its effective date.

We are not responsible for inaccurate promotions, changes to rules, or invalid SKU's from Vendors/Manufacturers.
We are not responsible for any missed claims by sales representatives.
We will do our best to keep up with the rules of each program but it is up to each user to carefully read and understand the program rules for every Manufacturer and Vendor.
We do NOT provide tech support, claim support, or any other kind of support for any Manufacturer or Vendor website.
We will provide the most accurate reports possible when displaying current promotions or earned rewards, but we are not responsible for any SKU's that mistakenly do not get reported. It is still the sales rep responsibility to ensure he/she is claiming all eligible SKU's for all promotions.
Each Reseller is responsible for enrolling and maintaining their partnership and rewards program for each Manufacturer and Vendor.
